THE VITREORETINA SOCIETY OF THE PHILIPPINES
The Vitreo-Retina Society of the Philippines (VRSP) is a subspecialty society, affiliated with the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology whose members are certified by the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology, and have fulfilled the criteria of membership as set forth by the society.
Since its foundation in 1999, the VRSP has grown with 120 members. With a goal of providing a venue for professional growth, lifelong learning, expertise and skills transfer among colleagues, the society has been very active in organizing conferences and instructional courses in the country.
THE MEETING
On its 20th anniversary, the Vitreoretina Society of the Philippines has organized a two-day meeting with the theme “Philippine Retina: Traditions, Transitions, Transformations.” The meeting will feature both local and international experts from the Asian region who will share their knowledge and expertise on new treatment paradigms, surgical techniques and diagnostic tools for the posterior segment. The Meeting is open to all physicians and eye care professionals who are interested in updating their knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and management of retinal diseases.

Early Bird rates are until June 21, 2019 (Friday). Starting June 22, 2019 (Saturday), on-Site Registration rates will apply. The registration rates are shown in the Table below

Payments may be sent to the Secretariat at the PAO Office during regular working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 nn on Saturdays (except during declared holidays).
CHECK
Personal or Manager’s Checks should be made payable to the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology, written in full. The registrant’s full name should be indicated at the back of the check. Check payments may be sent to the PAO Office during the same time indicated above. Sending the check by mail is not recommended. Fill-up the appropriate blanks regarding check payments in your Registration Form.

CANCELLATION
Request for cancellation of registration must be received in writing either by mail or e-mail prior to June 21, 2019 (Friday) for a 50% refund. Refunds cannot be processed until after September 21, 2019. Cancellation after June 21, 2019 (Friday) will not be entitled to a refund. Registration is not transferable.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of Attendance will be processed one week after the meeting and will be sent to the email address indicated in the registration form of the participant.
